After some browsing, I ended up at Aux Armes de Strasbourg, a local restaurant on Gutenberg Square. While the escargot and fresh veggies were delightful, the sauerkraut dish I ordered, with its mountain of meat, wasn’t quite what I had expected. The flavors were a bit underwhelming, and the sheer volume of food was more than I could comfortably manage.
